Someday I would like to setup a pastor/ministry leader version of RateMyProfessor. The goal would be to fairly and with honor and grace rate the strengths and weaknesses of our pastors. For many people they are the most influential people in our lives and yet many have no practical accountability for their actions.

Wouldn't it be great to have a fair analysis of the man/woman that heads up the ministry/church/organization that we are looking to invest our time, money and resources into, not to mention trusting our children with.

The danger is that any site would degrade into simple pastor bashing. Can we keep that from happening? The other end of the spectrum is that people in a dysfunctional and enmeshed faith community may not even understand what they are apart of.

So can a RateMyPastor be created that could be constructive in the work of Jesus?

Any thought and prayed through ideas out there?
